Fr Peter writes 

 

 ...CONGRATULATIONS to our 7 adults and 2 of their very young children, who were all baptised at the Easter Vigil on the Saturday night.  It is a great encouragement to all of us that so many people have been willing to come together regularly each week over the year to learn about the Catholic faith and now to make the decision to become part of it

 

           We are still in the Easter “Season”, and this continues until Pentecost Sunday on May 23rd—we are still collecting for Women @ the well an initiative of the Sisters of Mercy led by Sr Linda Dearlove, so there are a few weeks left now to make a contribution if you want to.

 

           I am happy to say that my mother is now safely and happily settled in St Anne’s Home at Stoke Newington with the Little Sisters of the Poor—thank you to so many of you who have been keeping her in your prayers these last few months, my brother and I are very grateful to you all.
