PARISH PASTORAL STAFF

Fr Peter writes   ...there is a lot going on in our Parishes at the moment - our children are beginning their preparation for their first Confession and first Communion.  At the same time this week we have just finished the final session of our latest Baptism course - with parents of 21 children being presented for the Sacrament. And we have the final stages for those who have spent each week since September preparing to be Baptised or Received into the Church. 

           On top of that we have all been involved in Lent and this week we have an opportunity to learn about the work of “Women @ the Well” the new Charity started by the Sisters of Mercy in Kings Cross to help women who have been abused.  It is remarkable work and we hope we might be able to help them by supporting the Sisters work.  Sr Linda Dearlove will be speaking at all our Masses this weekend.
