Fr Peter writes   ...The Easter Triduum, which begins on Holy Thursday, is the most wonderful celebration in the Church’s year of liturgy.  Over three days we are taken through the life, suffering and death of Jesus to be brought to His and, indeed, the sign of our own, Resurrection.  God truly does come into human history.  The readings on the night of the Easter Vigil trace God’s companionship with His people, and the proclamation of the “Exultet” as the vigil begins with the Easter Candle, reminds us to rejoice in this “Holy Night”.

I hope as many of you as possible will come to the Holy Week Services which are being held in both Parish Churches.  Holy Thursday is the “birthday” of the Mass, Good Friday beings us face to face with the suffering and death of Christ for us and  Holy Saturday brings us the joy of Salvation!
